Non-returnable goods

Custom-made or specially ordered goods for which additional work has been carried out (such as cutting, adjustments, personalization, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned. Products that are always produced exclusively on order (made-to-measure items) can never be exchanged or returned.

Returns of standard stock items

If the goods you received from our regular stock are not entirely satisfactory, you may return or exchange them, under the following conditions:

  • The goods are unused, complete and undamaged.
  • The goods are returned in their original packaging.

How to request a return

If there is an unexpected issue with your order, please keep the products in their packaging and contact EXTRAVEL immediately at contact@alldoors.be or by phone at +32 491 95 03 19. Always have your order number ready.

All return or exchange requests must be registered in advance by email to contact@alldoors.be. You will then receive instructions.

Your return request must be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all transport and handling costs for returns or exchanges are at your expense.

Refunds

After receiving your returned goods, they will be inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be transferred within 5 working days. Always include a copy of your order or invoice.
